The client. Believe Music is a global platform that distributes and supports independent artists and labels across digital channels worldwide.

What I did. Through designs and art direction for the global brand, I built and enforced a modular system: templates, typography rules, and usage guidelines for social, print, web, and campaign assets across regional teams.

The goal. Keep one unmistakable brand voice despite decentralised creatives, local iterations, and accelerating release cycles in every market.

One voice across every format.

Operationally the challenge was scale: decentralised creatives, accelerating release cycles. The strategic answer was a modular system with templates, hierarchies, and usage rules, which made local iterations faster without drifting the brand story. Assets could flex by country while typography, pacing, and personality stayed anchored. Stewarding coherence at that scale is as much governance as taste.
